UCAM Program Application
Prospective and incoming SOU students:
We encourage students to apply simultaneously to SOU and the UCAM program. Students must be admitted to SOU before they can be accepted to UCAM.
The UCAM application allows us to track students interested in the program and to gather contact information. We encourage students to not be nervous about applying – the questions simply let us get to know you a bit before we talk. It isn’t competitive!
Once a student submits their UCAM application, they will receive an email invitation to meet with a UCAM coach for a 30-minute conversation via Zoom. During that conversation, the coach will give the student an idea of what to expect in UCAM and at SOU and how UCAM could fit into their college plans. Following that conversation, students will receive a UCAM admittance email within two business days, including next steps for onboarding at SOU.
Current SOU students:
Please complete the UCAM application. A coach will contact you to get regular weekly meetings set up.

After Acceptance Notification
- Review and select coaching tier option in the program contract
- Sign the electronic program contract
- Complete both the parent and student intake forms
